Accommodations
The conference has blocked rooms at three Quebec City hotels and in the Université Laval campus residence halls, offering a range of amenities and prices to suit a variety of preferences. Click on the hotel name to visit the website for additional information about each hotel.
Hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel, using the links or codes provided below. You must associate your reservation with RNA 2014 at the time of booking to receive the discounted RNA rate. The reservation deadline for our hotel blocks is March 31, 2014. The number of discounted rooms at each hotel is limited, so it is possible that the hotels will become full or the prices could increase before March 31, 2014.
Univeristé Laval reservations should be made using the conference registration system. When asked about lodging, mark that you wish to stay in the Laval residence halls and then fields to complete your lodging reservation will appear. You can book the dorm during your initial registration, or you can return later to add the dorm reservation to your registration.

Université Laval Residence Halls

Université Laval is located approximately 5 km from the congress center and can be reached easily by RTC Metrobus in 15 minutes. We have developed a 5-night package especially for RNA 2014 that includes lodging (with bedding and towels provided) from June 3 through June 7, breakfast every morning, free campus parking, free WiFi on campus, and a 7-day unlimited metro bus pass. Bathrooms are shared, located nearby down the hall. Rates below include all taxes and a booking fee.
The deadline for booking rooms is May 1, 2014, provided space is available. Cancellations will be subject to a $30 USD cancellation fee, but are otherwise refundable through April 30, 2014. Starting May 1, 2014 cancellations are not refundable.
Rates for 5-night package, arriving Tuesday, June 3 and departing Sunday, June 8:
Single occupancy: $355 USD
Double occupancy: $240 USD per person (you can request a specific roommate or ask us to match you with another RNA 2014 attendee)
Should you choose to stay fewer than 5 nights, your rate will not be reduced for the unused nights.
Extra Nights: You may add Monday, June 2 and/or Sunday, June 8 to the package
Single: $62 USD per night
Double: $39 USD per person per night (if your roommate does not also book the extra night then you will be charged for both halves, thus $78 USD per night)
