RNA 2014 Poster Information

Posters can be installed on Tuesday (16:00 – 20:30) or Wednesday (9:00 – 17:00) and must be removed by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. You will not have access to the Congress Center on Sunday. Any posters left behind after 8:30 Saturday morning will be destroyed.
Poster boards will stand HORIZONTALLY, with two posters on each board side. Maximum poster width is 44 inches (1.1 meters). Ideal poster height is 44 inches (1.1 meters), and posters that are longer will hang loosely below the bottom edge of the board.
Boards will be numbered in advance and staff will be available to assist presenters with locating their assigned space.
RNA 2014 Speaker Information
Oral presentations in all plenary and concurrent sessions will be allocated 10 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions.
PC laptops running on Windows 7 with PowerPoint 2010 and MacBooks with Keynote 6 will be provided at the Congress Center. Files should be saved on a USB flash memory drive to be loaded onto the computers provided. Slide size 1280 x 720, which corresponds to a 16:9 aspect ratio. Embedded video can be no larger than 1280 x 720.
Speakers can load slides onto the presentation laptop in their assigned room any time that the room is open and a session is not in process. This includes before sessions start, during breaks and during lunch. Speakers who are presenting in the next scheduled session will have priority.
All speakers must have loaded their slides a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of their session. The conference schedule does not allow time during the sessions to switch laptops, therefore speakers may not use their own laptops and must use the equipment provided. Staff will be available to assist speakers with loading their files onto the laptops.
