Registration

Registration is OPEN!  Participants who wish to submit an abstract must first register to attend the meeting. Immediately after completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your abstract. If you do not receive this email within minutes of registering, first check your spam/junk folder.  If you do not find the registration confirmation in your spam filter, please email RNA2025@nullRNASociety.org.

Presenter Registration Deadlines:
Oral abstract submission – February 28, 2025
Poster-only abstract submission – March 31, 2025

How to Register

Each attendee is encouraged to submit their own registration, as some questions may be difficult for another person to answer.  However, there is an option to complete a registration on someone else’s behalf.

Fees
RNA Society Full Members*  $ 1,095 USD
RNA Society Student & Post doc Members*  $    995 USD
Non-members*  $ 1,395 USD

*On April 1, 2025, if space is available, the fees will be increased by $100 for all registration levels.

Conference registration fees include:

  • access to all plenary and keynote sessions, concurrent sessions, poster sessions, sponsored seminars, and coffee breaks
  • opening reception on Tuesday evening
  • 4 lunches (Wednesday through Saturday) and 2 dinners (Thursday dinner is on-your-own)
  • Closing dinner and dance on Saturday evening

Your RNA Society membership must be current for calendar year 2025 to qualify for the member discount, and your RNA Society membership number will be required on the registration form.  Join, renew or login to view your profile and obtain your membership number here: RNA Society membership

Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.  Your registration and your place in the program are not confirmed until payment is received. 
Cancellation
Written notice of cancellation must be received at RNA2025@nullrnasociety.org. Payments may be partially refunded subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • Cancellation received by March 31, 2025: Forfeit $125
  • Cancellation received between April 1 – 30, 2025: Forfeit $250
  • Cancellation received starting May 1, 2025: No refunds available.

Payments can be transferred in full to a new/substitute attendee in lieu of cancellation if   RNA2025@nullrnasociety.org is notified prior to May 21, 2025.
