Location
The conference will take place at Airlie Center, which is located near Warrenton, Virginia, 50 miles southwest of Washington, DC, approximately 1-hour from Dulles International Airport and 1 ½ hours from Reagan National Airport. We recommend flying into Dulles and using Washington Flyer Taxi to get to Airlie Center from the airport.
Airlie Center is situated in the heart of the Virginia Piedmont, an area noted for its rich history, diverse habitat and equestrian events.
Airlie is an international conference destination founded on the ideals of environmental stewardship and the open exchange of ideas in a distraction-free setting. Time will be allocated for attendees to enjoy the quiet beauty of the grounds and the abundant recreational opportunities that Airlie offers.
Conference registration fees will include three nights of lodging from Sunday, September 7 through Tuesday, September 9 and all meals beginning with dinner on Sunday through lunch on Wednesday, September 10. Attendees should not book lodging directly with Airlie. All the information needed to confirm your accommodation will be collected during the conference registration process.
If you wish to include additional nights in your booking, arriving before September 7 and/or departing after September 10, please write to Mary McCann, RNase H 2014 Registrar, at registration@nullwww2.rnasociety.org for additional information.
