With support from our sponsors we have aimed to keep the registration fees to a minimum.
Your registration fee will cover:
3 nights accommodation arriving September 7, departing September 10
All meals beginning with Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch
Welcome reception and refreshments
Scientific sessions and program with abstracts
The fee does not cover travel or local transportation from Dulles airport to Airlie Center.

Non-member $995
Room shared with another conference participant:
RNA Society member in shared room $695
Non-member in shared room $795
Additional cost for non-participating guest sharing a room $240
*The portion of registration fee attributable to lodging is $111 + 7.3% tax per night. The total value of meals is $138 + 5.3% tax.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to registration@nullwww2.rnasociety.org. Cancellations may be partially refunded subject to the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation received by 30 June, 2014 – forfeit $100
- Cancellation received between 1 July and 6 August, 2014 – forfeit $250
- Cancellation received after 6 August, 2014 – not refundable
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of registration in one of the following ways:
Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Please note that the merchant identified on your credit card billing statement will be “Simple Meetings”.
Checks: Checks must be received by 10 August, 2014. Your registration will be acknowledged by email immediately, but is not confirmed until full payment is received. Please make checks payable in US Dollars to “Simple Meetings” and mail to:
