Approach	What is the strategy for your project? Which group(s) are you seeking to engage? Clearly define the target audience and explain how the proposed activities are relevant to them. How will the programme be organised and delivered? Will there be traditional or social media coverage?	20%
Capacity to deliver	Is there a particular RNA focus based on the team’s experience? Outline previous experience of similar projects Outreach, education, science communication, third sector, NGO experience and more can all be considered. Inclusion of a timeline, Gantt chart or similar. Are there ethical or health and safety issues to consider? The applicant should indicate if there are internal or external collaborators and how they will support the project. If there are no collaborators, please provide a reason.	20%
Outcomes and Long-term Impact	What are the key outcomes associated with the project? How will they be measured? What is the longer-term continuity or legacy anticipated for the project?	20%

Budget justification	Where possible, materials purchased should be reusable, thus enabling the project to be sustained beyond the funding period. The proposed project must be cost-effective, and the applicant must clearly describe how funds will be used. Please include costs per item. All requests must be justified in the application.	10%
