The RNA Society / Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press Distinguished Research Mentor Award

Applicants must be members of the RNA Society.

Application Material:

  1. Fill out the form below.
  2. Upload ONE merged pdf file named ApplicantLastName_Mentor.pdf that includes:
  • Applicant’s current Curriculum Vitae
  • A 1-page Summary applicant’s mentoring activities and accomplishments that includes a short (150 words or less) statement of the applicant’s mentoring philosophy.
  1. A Letter of Support, named ApplicantLastName_Mentor_Support_SupporterLastName.pdf, from a maximum of three (3) current or past mentees/trainees that either summarize the applicant’s mentorship approach and impact or briefly describes (in 500 words or less) one particularly meaningful mentorship experience with the applicant. Letters of Support must be submitted electronically via the link provided on the online application site by the application deadline. Letters must include the applicant’s last name and award type in the file name. Please provide this link to your reference(s) for submitting their recommendation:
