Registration
Those who wish to submit an abstract should first register to attend the meeting. Immediately after completing registration, you should receive a confirming email with a link for abstract submission. If you do not receive this email within minutes of registering, first check your spam/junk folder then contact us to resend it.
Poster-only abstract submitters – March 31, 2023

*On April 1, 2023 the fees will be increased by $100 for all registration levels.
Your membership must be current for calendar year 2023 to qualify for the member discount, and your Member Number will be required on the registration form. Join, renew or login to view your profile and obtain your Member Number here: RNA Society membership
Fees include:
- access to all sessions, workshops, poster sessions and coffee breaks
- opening reception on Tuesday evening
- 4 lunches (Wednesday through Saturday) and 3 dinners (Thursday dinner is on-your-own)
The conference must receive notification of cancellation in writing to RNA2023@nullrnasociety.org. Payments may be partially refunded subject to the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation received by March 31, 2023 – forfeit $100
- Cancellation received between April 1 – 30, 2023 – forfeit $250
- Cancellation received starting May 1, 2023 – not refundable
Payments can be transferred in full to a new/substitute attendee in lieu of cancellation.
If new travel restrictions are imposed after April 1 which make it impossible for a registrant to attend, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend that each attendee submit their own registration, as some questions may be difficult for another person to answer.
