Participants who wish to submit an abstract must first register to attend the meeting. Immediately after completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your abstract. Each attendee is encouraged to submit their own registration, as some questions may be difficult for another person to answer.  However, there is an option to complete a registration on someone else’s behalf.

RNA Society Full Members*  $  1050 USD
RNA Society Student & Post-doc Members*  $  950 USD
Non-members*  $1,350 USD

*On April 1, 2024 the fees will be increased by $100 for all registration levels.

Conference registration fees include:

  • access to all sessions, workshops, poster sessions and coffee breaks
  • opening reception on Tuesday evening
  • 4 lunches (Wednesday through Saturday) and 3 dinners (Thursday dinner is on-your-own)
  • Closing dinner and dance on Saturday evening

Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. Your registration and your place in the program are not confirmed until payment is received.

The conference must receive notification of cancellation in writing at Payments may be partially refunded subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • Cancellation received by March 31, 2024: Forfeit $100
  • Cancellation received between April 1 – 30, 2024: Forfeit $250
  • Cancellation received starting May 1, 2024: No refunds available.

Payments can be transferred in full to a new/substitute attendee in lieu of cancellation. must be notified prior to May 24, 2024.
